CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 49 (SERVICE OF PROCESS ON NONRES                     
TAXPAYERS) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked              
for the pleasure of the committee.                                             
                                                                               
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 49 be approved for calendaring at the                   
discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
